Terms of Service

  • All visitors using this service must be 18 years or older. Readings for anyone under 18 are available only with written parent/guardian consent. 

  • By booking a service with Janika Galloway and using this site, you are agreeing to the terms of service, legal disclaimer and privacy policy. 

  • By providing your email address you agree to allow us to send you occasional marketing materials and you can unsubscribe at any time. 

  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been processed and you have received a confirmation. 

  • Online readings are conducted via video conference using Zoom or Google Meet and cannot be recorded. 

  • Either parties may terminate or discontinue the reading at any time. 

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and that your video conferencing is working. 

  • All readings run only for their maximum time. 

  • All readings are strictly confidential and no information identifying you will be shared unless in a group reading.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

There are no refunds for: 

  • No show clients

  • Late arrival clients (15 minutes)

  • Readings that have been completed

  • If you are unsatisfied with your reading

  • Cancelled readings

    • No cancellations or refunds; however, you can rebook at no additional charge.

    • Rebooking is subject to the ability to reschedule based on the availability of Janika Galloway. If there are no more slots available or shown, you will be given first choice of the next available times.
